Learning to ski to keep up with my son, Dax, with the inimitable Klaus Mair at the picturesque Lech-Zurs. Just hard work but son is pulling away on sheer talent. This is big mountain skiing and no slopes are "Gimmes" so to speak, a blue is red, and most reds are blacks..and in spring by noon or soon after, everything is a huge fitness endurance marathon with balance maintenance a key skill to be acquired.
